Open Question: Need to pull a tooth, can i do it my self? or see a dentist?

It is number 18 that needs to be pulled because i already need a root canal for it and most of it is broken off, now that my wisdom teeth are growing in it is cracking and moving and causing allot of pain. Can I pull it my self? and if so what do i need to do it and make sure it doesn't get infected. if not should i see a doc and have them pull it out but i don't have allot of cash for that. so some one cheep near lake Elsinore, Ca.
